Leadership / Talent Risk, Governance & Performance Intelligence

Lindsay focuses on quantifying leadership risk — one of the most under-measured drivers of performance volatility and deal outcomes.

 

As Founder and CEO of The Crucible, she brings a data-driven approach to evaluating leadership teams, translating behavior, decision patterns, and governance dynamics into actionable insight for investors and boards.
